Welcome to The Altered Adventure! My name is Gary Merritt, also known as Gizzy Gazza! I am a Minecraft Youtuber turned fantasy fiction novelist. I love writing and creating stories everyone can enjoy!

Originally born in the United Kingdom in a very small town called Malmesbury, Wiltshire, I recently moved across the pond to America.  I now live in Washington state with my husband. I am LGBTQ and proud! I also love dogs  and enjoy spending time with my border collie named Rocky.

I studied at Southampton Solent University, graduating Television and Video production, with an honors degree Masters of Arts!

Teenage/young adult fantasy literature is a passion of mine and I enjoy the escape it provides me when I need a break from creating Minecraft videos.
